For those that don't already know, April 18th is International
Independent Record Store Day (http://recordstoreday.com),
and this year, Neptoon Records has decided to throw one killer
celebration. Not only are we getting a MOUNTAIN of exclusive
releases ONLY available to select Independent Record Stores, not
only are we going to have a SALE that day (you know it's special
because you also know we only ever do that on Boxing Day), but we
are going to have SIX (and counting) freaking live bands in the
store! How cool is that?!?!?! We picked some of our favourite local
bands (hopefully with more to be added) and are getting them to play
inside the shop! For those of you who are wondering where these
bands will fit..wonder no more! We are going to be re-arranging the
entire front of the store to accommodate the musicians and the
audience/customers. Be sure to come down because I can promise you,
this will be a BLAST. There will be all kinds of great things
happening through the day, and you DON'T want to miss them.

Guitar heavyweight Scotty Hall and great drummer Phil Robertson
make up the core of REZ based out of Vancouver Canada.
Between them they've worked with Ray Charles, Bob Rock,
Bruce Fairburn, Idle Eyes, the David Foster Band, Darby Mills,
Burton Cummings, Michael Beinhorn touring with Bryan Adams, Toto,
Tears For Fears and Tom Cochrane and Red Rider. REZ music is
